terms & conditions 

• Book via e-mail or phone

• Booking will be confirmed when you have paid the bookingfee of 2000;- NOK.
  The invoice with the bookingfee will be sent by e-mail

• A separate invoice with the remaining amount will be sent by e-mail
  and has to be paid no later than 30 days before the booked trip

• Cancellations done between 30 and 15 days before the date of the booked trip
  will entitle you to a refund of 50 % of the full amount

• Cancellations later than this will not entitle you to any refund unless the cancellation is done by Opp+Ned

• Cancellations has to be done in writing per e-mail. The booking fee will not be refunded.

• Additional expenses for accommodation for the guide might be added depending on destination
